We’re getting into the summer months now, warm and muggy with plenty of extra mug. That time of year where if you keep the shades down and the fan going. The curse of Boston apartments, they’re built to retain heat, not maximize air flow. Ah well.
In happier news, I’m pleased to report that Apex Magazine has accepted my short story “Kings and Popes and Saints.” I wrote this before my Great Hiatus and sent it around to numerous places, with no luck. When I got back to writing, I pulled it out and revised it, then revised it again. Now look at it. Well, not yet. I’ll let you know.
