Well, at least she wasn't making a ruccus. I mean, I can't imagine any librarian telling someone to stop doing that when nobody's bothered. She wasn't knocking anything down.
And if this was a college, I wonder maybe if she was high..or drunk. LOL.

It looks like a public library to me, actually, judging by the display racks. And you're right, if she had been one of our patrons, I probably wouldn't bother go telling her to quit either.
