We are waiting patiently for our nephew to arrive and his cousin can't wait to meet him! Take care and enjoy your last days of freedom...

Is poaching eggs hard? I simply adore Eggs Benedict, but had always assumed it was beyond my abilities to create for myself.
PS. Baby!!!

Joy, we're doing our best. And thanks.
Jenn, once Lisa told me what to do and what to look out for, it was pretty easy. Of course, that's also because we actually own an egg poacher. I gather if you don't have one of those, it becomes much more challenging. At least until you find a small cup, some Saranwrap, and a rubber band.
