Happy Fourth

For those of you in or from the States, you know it's once again time to celebrate our independence from those wacky British. I did so by barbecuing marinated animal flesh (chicken, fish) on our new charcoal grill, with helpful assistance from my father-in-law. Other foodstuffs included deviled eggs, corn on the cob, potato salad, ordinary salad, and sweet tea. Overall, the day was a success, I think. At least, we've had no complaints of food poisoning.
